This policy aims to provide operational buffer periods for sellers in affected areas, alleviating the dual pressure of natural disasters and border situations on logistics timing. Shopee stated that it would continue to monitor developments and adjust support policies as appropriate.

The new rate applies only to orders generated after the effective date. The VCX event is a Vietnam site-exclusive coupon return activity, allowing buyers discounts and giving products exposure across multiple pages.
