Shopee Launches Multi-Million Incentive Subsidy
In 2026, Shopee has rolled out a substantial incentive subsidy exceeding one million units of currency, coupled with continuous optimization of its official wallet experience. The initiative aims to help sellers reduce operational costs and enhance capital efficiency through various supports, including withdrawal/payment fee subsidies, platform advertising credit, and major feature/service assistance. Notably, newly launched features like "Automatic Wallet Withdrawal/Payment" and "Early Settlement Auto-Disbursement" enable automated fund management and faster payment cycles. This reduces manual operations, accelerates capital turnover, and allows for more efficient and flexible business management for sellers.
Shopee Indonesia Updates Logistics Rules for Ramadan
To address port transportation restrictions during the 2026 Ramadan period (March 12-24), Shopee Indonesia has updated its "Economy Shipping" policy for local sellers. The platform will introduce an "Express Economy" service to ensure cross-island economy orders can still be placed normally. However, orders using this service will have a standardized packing time (from order creation to delivery to the sorting center) limited to 3 days and will be excluded from seller cancellation and late shipment rate calculations. This special policy applies only to specific cross-island routes marked with the "Express Economy" label. Other orders must follow regular packing time rules. Sellers can identify affected orders via the "My Orders" page in Seller Center using the "Courier Eco" filter.
Shopee SIP Launches Free Resale Service in Philippines
Starting March 23, Shopee's International Platform (SIP) will launch a free resale service for the Philippines site. Eligible affiliated stores will have this service enabled by default. Sellers will not bear the last-mile delivery fee for successfully resold items, with related commissions and service fees covered by the platform. The service applies to Philippines Direct Shipping stores linked to specific main stores. It covers buyer-returned items (due to buyer's reason) that are ≥ $2 per piece, pass quality inspection, and are successfully sold within 14 days of relisting. The platform reserves the right to adjust service rules.
JD Logistics Adds New Hainan-Vietnam International Cargo Routes
JD Logistics recently launched two new international all-cargo flight routes between Hainan and Vietnam: Boao-Ho Chi Minh City and Ho Chi Minh City-Haikou. Operated by B737-800BCF aircraft with two weekly flights, these follow the inaugural Boao-Bangkok route opened on February 28. The Boao to Ho Chi Minh City route primarily transports fabrics, shoe materials, industrial parts, and cross-border e-commerce goods. The return leg focuses on Vietnamese tropical fruits, seafood, and other agricultural products, facilitating the rapid entry of fresh and time-sensitive goods into the Hainan market. This marks the consecutive opening of two international cargo routes from Boao Airport within a short period.
