I. Recent Platform Policy & Logistics Updates
1. Commission Rate & FSS Adjustment for Shopee Brazil
Dear Sellers,
To continue providing high-quality services and resources, better support our diverse seller community, and enhance overall buyer purchase intent and conversion efficiency, Shopee will adjust certain fees for the Brazil marketplace. Details are as follows:
- Effective March 1, 2026 (Local Time): Shopee Brazil's Free Shipping Service (FSS) will be integrated into the platform's basic services. The FSS program will transition from an optional value-added service to a standard feature for all stores. All shops will enjoy FSS benefits free of charge.
- Effective March 1, 2026 (Local Time): Commission rates for Cross-border Direct Shipping and 3PF (Third-Party Fulfillment) stores on Shopee Brazil will be adjusted. Furthermore, the per-item commission and per-item transaction fee caps for 3PF stores will be removed. Please refer to the table below for specifics.
To boost store conversion, the platform will increase incentives for buyers, offering multiple promotions such as platform free shipping vouchers and exclusive discounts for specific payment channels to help Shopee sellers increase sales. Please note that between February 23, 2026, and March 14, 2026, adjusting your product prices within the range of this fee adjustment will not be flagged as exaggerated or false discounts.
