The Co-Funded Voucher Policy applies to vouchers issued by Shopee (also referred to as discount vouchers or cash vouchers in various contexts), but excludes the following:
- Shopee Coin cashback vouchers
- Vouchers gifted by Shopee to eligible buyers during promotional campaigns
- On-time delivery guarantee vouchers
- Free shipping vouchers and/or other shipping fee vouchers
- Vouchers jointly issued with Shopee partners
- Seller-issued vouchers
- Other scenarios specified by Shopee during specific periods under relevant programs, policies, or service plans.
