02.Shopee Adjusts SLS-N Express Delivery Suspension Schedule for Second Half of 2025
Recently, Shopee announced that in response to holiday operational needs in China and Southeast Asian markets, the SLS-N International Express delivery channel will be temporarily suspended during specific periods in the second half of 2025. Suspension schedules for routes from China to the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other countries will vary based on national holidays such as Independence Day and Lunar New Year. Sellers are advised to configure alternative logistics channels in advance. Additionally, the Thailand SLS-N Express channel, previously suspended due to weather conditions, remains temporarily unavailable with a resumption time to be announced.

03.Shopee Vietnam Introduces Video Content Management Scoring System
Shopee Vietnam recently announced that it will officially implement a video content management scoring system for local sellers starting September 10, 2025. This mechanism aims to standardize the platform’s video content ecosystem by quantitatively evaluating the number of videos published by sellers, the types of violations, and their severity. It is designed to help sellers improve content quality and effectively track operational performance.
Under the new policy, Shopee will assign penalty points based on the type of video violations committed by sellers. Depending on the accumulated points, enforcement actions will be taken, including limiting video exposure, hiding or removing violating videos, and temporarily restricting video upload functionality.
